I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The GM is awesome! She definitely exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service and went above to make sure she accommodated me. The staff was great! They were very helpful and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. The beds were very comfortable. I love the decor. The property was clean and well maintained.
My stay here was nice! My family and I stayed here because it was a hotel close to our family reunion. The hotel had phone issues when we first arrived. I couldn't contact them to ask them about a charge on my card or inform them that we would be checking in late. Other than that, the rooms were very nice and clean, and the free breakfast was pretty good also! Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful!
Location is not so great just because there is nothing really within walking distance and they are a bit lacking in the breakfast department, but everything else is fantastic. The rooms are nice and clean. I love the full-size refrigerator and dishes in the room. Good cable TV. Soft beds.
Bed is very comfortable! Loved that there is a full kitchen in the rooms. The breakfast has a little bit of everything, really enjoyed it! Room was clean and everyday I saw people cleaning the lobby and hallways.
So, to start with the person at the front desk was great. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good as it's right off of one of the main roads. Now for the okay but not so great part. The hallways had an unpleasant odor. The room was clean but very dated. The lighting is pretty dim, and the water pressure is extremely low. No house cleaning was done during our stay. The air conditioner worked well. It definitely was not worth the price they charge to stay here.
Stayed at the hotel while traveling for work. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and shower had good pressure. I appreciate the patience of Patricia after checking-in and Joseph during check-out as I pointed out being charged the $50 deposit twice and was concerned about only being refunded once. The room Total charge was 141.36
We were greeted promptly at check in. Rooms are clean. We had our own kitchenette furnished to cook and dinnerware, and dishwasher to clean dishes.
